Series 5000 - Two Strand Pallet Systems
The Hilmot Series 5000 Motorized Roller (Belt Transfer) Diverter is designed for handling custom fixtures or Hilmot standard pallets. These diverters use multiple strands of motor driven timing belts to move the load. These diverters can be configured between-frame or through frame.
A number of pre- engineered widths are available for 12" to 30" to meet your transfer application. The 5000BDT diverter is mounted to the bottom side of the standard Hilmot series 5000 conveyor frame. The Hilmot Series 5000BDT incorporates our standard self-contained motorized rollers. Its low profile and ease of installation makes it the perfect choice when production efficiency and space savings are required.
