The Hilmot MDR transfer provides a 90 degree right angle transfer for progressive assembly and pallet handling application. Transfers are available in several standard widths: from 15" up to 60" EW. The transfer consists of a motorized roller driven wedge block style lifting device. The wedge block is designed for a smooth raise and lower operation. Transfers are available in right hand (RH) and left hand (LH). For standard pricing or for custom requirements consult your sales rep. Hilmot Transfers come standard with:
- Built-in photo eye, one per zone
- Pre-wired, networked with bus technology
- Motorized rollers 24VDC brushless, geared or gearless
- Shroud or fascia
- PLC- or PC-based control or platform
- Precision bearings in the idler rollers
- Standard Air Cylinder (optional electric)
