Description
Hilmot's straight modules of conveyor are available in many widths, lengths and zones. The 7-1/2" deep side channels utilize the profile of Hilmot's conveyor families. The cable trays are utilized for routing wires within the bed frame. The side channels are punched on 1-1/2" centers to accommodate multiple roller centers. The available roller centers are: 3", 4", 6", and 9". Quantity of motorized rollers will vary depending upon required torque and torque availability. Drive rollers are grooved to accept high tension urethane O-rings to transmit the torque to the idler rollers. Idler rollers are made with plated shells. The straight modules are available in Hilmot standard widths: 15", 21", 24, 27" and 30". Multiple lengths are available from 2' to 10'. Zone lengths are determined using factors such as length and weight of the product and are therefore application-specific.
