Description

Hilmot's curve modules are offered in 30°, 45°, 60° and 90° in either the right hand (RH) or left hand (LH) position. The curve module is designed for a 32.5" inside radius. Each 90° curve consists of two accumulation zones. Hilmot's standard widths: 15", 21", 24", 27" and 30" widths. The Hilmot design is not limited to a minimum between frame size. The 7-1/2" deep side channels continue the same Hilmot profile. Cable trays are utilized for routing wire within the bed frame. Drive rollers are grooved to accept hi tensioned urethane O-rings to transmit the torque to the idler rollers that complete the zone length. The idler rollers are made with flow coat galvanized tubing. All Hilmot MDR products come standard with:

1. Built-in photo eye, one per zone
2. Pre-wired, networked with bus technology
3. Motorized rollers are 24VDC brushless
4. Standard frame cover both sides
5. PLC- or PC-based control or platform
6. ABEC rated precision bearings in the idler rollers
