POSITION:

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
With direction from project lead, you will perform detailed mechanical engineering design, generate drawings, and provide test and start-up of industrial systems.

A qualified candidate also generates detailed bills of material and reviews fabrication installation and checkout, including start-up at the job site, or both internally developed and subcontracted work.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• CAD experience
• Experience in machine design and/or pneumatics
• Experience in sheet metal design
• Analytical, detail oriented and thorough
• Ability to work on a project from conceptual design to production
• Some knowledge of motors and electrical wiring
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Able to handle multiple projects
• Capable of working as part of the design and implementation team
• Self-motivated
• Experience with Autodesk Inventor 9.0 or later is a plus.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
