POSITION:
Sales Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
A challenging opportunity exists at our Waukesha, Wisconsin location. This position reports to the Vice President and is responsible to manage the Hilmot sales activities for the MDR product line, develop marketing strategies to obtain market volume and share and assist in new product development and manage sales promotion and pricing policies.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Minimum of five years experience in the sale of complex capital equipment.
- Proven track record of success in developing sales accounts, building and maintaining customer relationships and resolving customer issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Pro-active approach to creating and building customer relationships.
- Experience in defining and executing various business development initiatives to generate sales leads.
- Willing to travel.
- Awareness of the manufacturing/distribution industry processes and practices from manufacturing through product distribution.
- Ability to work in a consultative manner to assess a customer problem.
- Willing to relocate to the Milwaukee, WI area.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
